A new survey<\/a> from Glassdoor found that nearly three in five (57%) people reported benefits and perks being among their top considerations before accepting a job.\u00a0 With one and five employees looking for a job in 2016<\/a>, employers need to take note and make their benefits package a point of differentiation.\u00a0 Standard benefits (health insurance, 401 (k), etc.) are no longer enough to make a company a compelling place to work.\u00a0 The Glassdoor research went as far to say that benefits and perks are even more important now in the current job market, especially for millennials.<\/p>\n
