To convince the other 22% and reaffirm the believers, below are a few interesting things we have learned about employee engagement over the years. (Source: Society For Human Resource Management)<\/p>\n<p>2) Teams classified as \u201chigh performance zone for engagement\u201d had a 37% net promoter score (NPS) versus 10% NPS for teams \u201coutside of high performance zone for engagement.\u201d (Source: Aon Hewitt)<\/p>\n<p><!--space--><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"sales\">Sales<\/h3>\n<p>3) By investing in employee engagement, a Caterpillar dealer earned a 600% return on investment by improving \u201cpercent of industry net sales\u201d by 300% as well as other metrics. (Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/news.gallup.com\/businessjournal\/24874\/caterpillar-dealer-unearths-employee-engagement.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gallup<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><!--space--><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"quality\">Quality<\/h3>\n<p>4) Unnamed Fortune 100 manufacturing company reduced quality errors from 5,658 parts per million to 52 parts per million. (Source: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ddiworld.com\/resources\/library\/white-papers-monographs\/employee-engagement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DDI<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><!--space--><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"safety\">Safety<\/h3>\n<p>5) MolsonCoors, it was found that engaged employees were five times less likely than non-engaged employees to have a safety incident and seven times less likely to have a lost-time safety incident.
