The employees participated in a comprehensive worksite health promotion program, and risk reductions were entered into a return-on-investment (ROI) simulation model.<\/p>\n<p>Reductions were recorded in all 10 risk factors examined:<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wellable.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/aaaa-225x300-1.jpeg\" alt=\"Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine \" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obesity (\u22122.0%)<\/li>\n<li>Poor eating habits (\u22125.8%)<\/li>\n<li>Poor physical activity (\u22126.5%)<\/li>\n<li>Tobacco use (\u22121.3%)<\/li>\n<li>High alcohol consumption (\u22121.7%)<\/li>\n<li>High stress (\u22123.5%)<\/li>\n<li>Depression (\u22122.3%)<\/li>\n<li>High blood pressure (\u22120.3%)<\/li>\n<li>High total cholesterol (\u22120.9%)<\/li>\n<li>High blood glucose (\u22120.2%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ROI model estimated medical and productivity savings of $2.03 for
