"Bright Breaks are such a wonderful way to incorporate movement, stretching, breathing, and some life into the daily desk grind. The breaks are short - just 7 minutes - and provide relief from routine as well as the physical benefits of movement. The instructors are all kind, soothing, encouraging, motivational, and knowledgeable. I use both the live breaks and recorded breaks with my team, on my own, or, if working from home, with my spouse.
