Founded in 2012, Wellable is headquartered in Boston, MA. Please note that this position is based in Boston. Although Wellable supports flexible working arrangements, this opportunity is not suitable for applicants that are interested in a fully remote position.


What you'll do…

  • Become an expert on all Wellable solutions, understand prospective client pain points, and effectively articulate our unique value proposition
  • Provide live demonstration of Wellable technologies and sell value to key stakeholders within accounts during complex sales cycles
  • Engage accounts by delivering targeted content, answering questions about Wellable solutions, and proactively nurturing prospects through our sales process
  • Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in HubSpot
  • Coordinate proposal development and responses to RFPs
  • Oversee outbound sales campaigns that may involve cold emailing and calling employers, insurance brokers, and health plans
  • Lead the development of sales and marketing collateral
  • Identify opportunities for in-person and virtual networking events with clients, prospects, and insurance broker community
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to Wellable’s evolving sales process that will scale with our growing company
  • Partner with Account Management to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts


What we're looking for…

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent expertise
  • 4+ years of software selling experience; HR technology preferred
  • Experience selling to VP and C-level executives
  • Track record of success selling into mid-market and enterprise companies
  • Validated quota achiever (top 10% in your company)
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM system

  • Clear and articulate communication skills (written and verbal English, any other languages are a plus)
  • Comfortable working in a team environment with other Account Executives and Business Development Associates
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and perform effectively under pressure
  • Passion to build a career in the health & wellness industry
