To achieve this, Wellable Wellness Services Specialists must possess a sense of ownership, dedication, and genuine interest in helping each client succeed.

This position will include wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment with a growing company. Much of the role will include assisting the Director of Wellness Services with various tasks and projects that are required for the success of the department. This is a new role with much opportunity for growth for the right candidate. To be successful in this role, attention to detail and organization skills are a must.

As a Wellness Services Specialist, you will…

• Assist with ongoing projects that are essential for the growth and success of the department.
• Research and design seminars and other wellness services.
• Create content for various wellness services.
• Develop organizational processes to streamline the delivery of wellness services.
• Manage an extensive calendar of events and wellness services, including keeping track of attendance and updating data for clients.
• Maintain and organize an extensive list of wellness service contractors.
• Manage account retention and renewal.
• Deliver wellness services in field of expertise (if applicable).

Must Haves

• BS in a health-related field such as, Exercise Science, Nutrition, and/or Public Health.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Phenomenal organizational skills.
• Clear and articulate communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that at times requires wearing more than one hat.
• Verifiable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Work well independently and in a team.

Pluses

• Certification in a fitness-related field, such as group fitness, Pilates, yoga, etc., or as a health coach.
• Experience in employee wellness or human resources.
