During the Gameday Hustle Challenge, participants tackle health and wellness by engaging in physical activity, all while learning fun facts and health tips related to this popular sport.
For each of the four weeks during this individual- or team-based challenge, the game plan is for participants to earn Wellable Points to virtually move their team down the football field and into the end zone for the game-winning touchdown. The further a participant or team travels, the greater the odds of winning a prize!
For an individual-based challenge, eight different participants will win prizes at the end of the challenge. Five individuals will be selected via a Yardage Raffle (each yard traveled equals one entry into a raffle to win a reward) and three individuals will be selected via a Touchdown Raffle (participants must make it into the end zone to be entered in the raffle).
The raffle structure helps stretch a rewards budget for maximum impact by encouraging participants to continually challenge themselves to achieve more yardage as the odds of winning increase as they make it further down the field.
Looking for reward ideas? Try gameday prizes like company swag, "tailgate" team lunches, and VIP passes for time with company leadership.

There is no limit to the number of participants that can be part of a team, so teams can be any size. Wellable recommends creating teams of between four and eight members to ensure the benefits of being part of a team are achieved while maintaining accountability.
Teams are ranked by the average number of Wellable Points for all members of a team. This means that teammates with zero Wellable Points during a challenge will lower the score of the entire team, which is why encouraging your teammates to stay active throughout the challenge is so important.
