The Gratitude Challenge helps participants become stronger by learning how to develop the important skill of being grateful for all the good things in life, each and every day!
In addition to providing engaging education about the many benefits of gratitude, this four- to seven-week challenge offers participants creative ways to cultivate and engage in gratitude during the challenge and beyond!
For each Gratitude Exercise a participant completes, they will be entered into a raffle to win a reward. Grand prizes will also be awarded at the end of the challenge to three participants using a Wellable Points-based raffle where each Wellable Point earned equals one entry into the raffle.
The raffle structure helps stretch a rewards budget for maximum impact by encouraging participation throughout the challenge, as the odds of winning a prize increases with the more Gratitude Exercises a participant completes and with the more Wellable Points a participant earns.
Wellable Points can be earned by tracking distance traveled from walking and running through one of Wellable's partner apps or by manually logging these activities in a Wellable User Account.
