Hydration is a dimension of well-being that is commonly overlooked, often because individuals feel their bodies signal when they need to consume fluids. Though it may seem like a simple concept, an alarming number of adults are not drinking enough water. Since adequate daily intake of this simple element delivers countless health benefits, this challenge is designed to educate and motivate in the name of proper hydration!

Participants are provided with educational content and practical tips focused on hydration to help them determine their unique fluid needs. Throughout the challenge, they are encouraged to hit their Daily Fluid Goal, receiving weekly infused water tips and recipes to motivate them along the way.

Recommended Reward Structure

Each time a participant achieves their Daily Fluid Goal, they will be entered into a raffle to win a reward. Grand prizes will also be awarded at the end of the challenge to three participants using a Wellable Points-based raffle where each Wellable Point earned equals one entry into the raffle.

The raffle structure helps stretch a rewards budget for maximum impact by encouraging participation throughout the challenge, as the odds of winning a prize increases each day a participant hits their Daily Fluid Goal and earns more Wellable Points.

During the challenge, participants learn about hydration, including its numerous health benefits, the amount of daily fluid that is right for them, and ways to stay hydrated. After learning about hydration, they are encouraged to consume the appropriate amount of fluid for their individual needs. This Special Activity can be logged for Wellable Points each day a participant achieves their Daily Fluid Goal during the challenge.
