Overview

When life gets busy, it’s important to keep both the mind and body healthy with a balance of physical and restorative activity. The Mind Body Challenge promotes the practice of meditation, which is associated with numerous health benefits, such sharpened concentration, boosted energy, and reduced stress and anxiety. Ten Guided Meditation Sessions are provided during the challenge, starting with the basics before progressing to more advanced concepts.

This challenge can be configured as an individual- or team-based program. During the four-to six-week challenge, participants will earn Wellable Points for physical activity and completing short and effective Guided Meditation Sessions that provide the foundation to learn about and practice meditation on a regular basis! At the end of the challenge, participants will receive resources to continue the practice of meditation on their own.

Recommended Reward Structure

Individual

In an individual-based challenge, for each Guided Meditation Session a participant completes, they will receive one entry into a raffle at the end of the challenge to win a reward. A bonus raffle will award one participant that completes at least one session by the end of week one. Grand prizes will also be awarded at the end of the challenge to three participants using a Wellable Points-based raffle where each Wellable Point earned equals one entry into the raffle.

The raffle structure helps stretch a rewards budget for maximum impact by encouraging participation throughout the challenge, as the odds of winning a prize increases with the more Guided Meditation Sessions a participant completes and with the more Wellable Points a participant earns.

Teams

In a team-based challenge, for each Guided Meditation Session a participant completes, they will receive one entry into a raffle at the end of the challenge to win a reward. A bonus raffle will award one participant that completes at least one session by the end of week one. Grand prizes will also be awarded at the end of the challenge to all participants of the team that finishes in first place.

The raffle structure helps stretch a rewards budget for maximum impact by encouraging participation throughout the challenge, as the odds of winning a prize increases with the more Guided Meditation Sessions a participant completes.
