Overview


During the Sleep Tight Tonight Challenge, participants will learn the importance of a good night's rest and ways to practice healthy sleep habits. This challenge provides participants with a fun and effective way to work towards healthier sleep and feel rested and refreshed in the process.

During the four- to six-week challenge, participants will learn how much sleep one needs and earn Wellable Points for being physically active, viewing Healthy Sleep Videos, and making small but powerful changes to support better rest!

Recommended Reward Structure

For each Healthy Sleep Video a participant views, they will receive one entry into a raffle at the end of the challenge to win a reward. Grand prizes will also be awarded at the end of the challenge to three participants using a Wellable Points-based raffle where each Wellable Point earned equals one entry into the raffle.

The raffle structure helps stretch a rewards budget for maximum impact by encouraging participation throughout the challenge, as the odds of winning a prize increase with the more Healthy Sleep Videos a participant completes and with the more Wellable Points a participant earns.

Wellable Points can be earned by tracking distance traveled from walking and running through one of Wellable's partner apps or by manually logging these activities in a Wellable User Account.

Wellable Points can be earned by tracking other fitness activities, such as yoga, aerobics, and weightlifting, through one of Wellable's partner apps or by manually these logging activities in a Wellable User Account.

At the beginning of the challenge, participants receive educational content from the National Sleep Foundation to assess their individual needs, habits, and feelings to determine their ideal amount of sleep. Participants will then learn about the importance of a good night's rest and ways to practice healthy sleep habits by viewing the six Healthy Sleep Videos. After practicing healthy sleep habits during the challenge, participants can earn Wellable Points for logging that they practiced healthy sleep habits once a day.

At the beginning of the challenge, participants receive access to six Healthy Sleep Videos. These videos are designed to help participants learn the importance of a good night's rest and ways to practice healthy sleep habits. Participants earn Wellable Points after logging the completion of each Healthy Sleep Video. Each video can be logged for Wellable Points once during the challenge but can be practiced as often as the participant would like. The Healthy Sleep Video topics are:
