Stress is an inevitable part of life that affects physical health and the way people behave, think, and feel. Although it can be useful at times, unmanaged and frequent exposure to stress can have negative physical and psychological effects. It may be unavoidable but developing healthier ways of responding to stress and navigating its impact can greatly improve well-being…and this challenge provides an opportunity for just that!

Through stress management tips and six unique Stress Less Exercises, this challenge offers participants the ability to explore a variety of techniques to manage and cope with stress in healthy ways that work well for them.

Recommended Reward Structure

For each Stress Less Exercise a participant practices, they will be entered into a raffle to win a reward. Grand prizes will also be awarded at the end of the challenge to three participants using a Wellable Points-based raffle where each Wellable Point earned equals one entry into the raffle.

The raffle structure helps stretch a rewards budget for maximum impact by encouraging participation throughout the challenge, as the odds of winning a prize increases with the more Stress Less Exercises a participant practices and with the more Wellable Points a participant earns.

Wellable Points can be earned by tracking distance traveled from walking and running through one of Wellable's partner apps or by manually logging these activities in a Wellable User Account.

Wellable Points can be earned by tracking other fitness activities, such as yoga, aerobics, and weightlifting, through one of Wellable's partner apps or by manually these logging activities in a Wellable User Account.

During the challenge, participants are encouraged to practice six unique Stress Less Exercises, each of which are designed to help participants explore a variety of stress management techniques to help them find ways to positively cope with stress. Participants will earn Wellable Points after logging the completion of each Stress Less Exercise. Each Stress Less Exercise can be logged for Wellable Points once during the challenge but can be practiced as often as the participant would like. The six Stress Less Exercises are:

  • Guided Imagery
