Recommended Reward Structure

Individual

In an individual-based challenge, for each Sustainability Activity a participant completes they will be entered into a raffle to win a reward. Grand prizes will also be awarded at the end of the challenge to three participants using a Wellable Points-based raffle where each Wellable Point earned equals one entry into the raffle.

The raffle structure helps stretch a rewards budget for maximum impact by encouraging participation throughout the challenge, as the odds of winning a prize increases with the more Sustainability Activities a participant completes and with the more Wellable Points a participant earns.

Teams

In a team-based challenge, for each sustainability activity a participant completes they will be entered into a raffle to win a reward. Winners will be announced weekly. The raffle structure helps stretch a rewards budget for maximum impact by encouraging participants to challenge themselves to participate throughout the challenge. Grand prizes will also be awarded at the end of the challenge to the members of the top three teams that earn the most Wellable Points.
