This class is designed for participants to unwind, practice mindfulness, and savor the sensory experience of coffee (or any preferred beverage). By blending meditation techniques with the aromatic richness of coffee, participants will emerge with a heightened sense of presence and calm, ready to face the day with renewed energy and a centered mind.

This class does not require prior mindfulness experience to enjoy its health benefits, including increased focus and productivity, stress reduction, and improved mental well-being. In fact, it is recommended that those starting out begin with guided meditations where sessions are led by an experienced instructor.
The total class time is 30 minutes. This includes exploring the five senses (sight, sound, taste, touch and smell) to savor the sensory experience of coffee or another preferred drink and discover the power of presence.
