This class does not require any prior Pilates experience to enjoy its health benefits, including enhanced overall body awareness and improved flexibility, mobility, and energy. The instructor will provide step-by-step guidance as well as offer variations and adjustments to cater to all experience levels.

The total class time is 45 minutes. This includes a series of low-impact exercises that focus on slow and precise movements to build strength and flexibility.
