This class provides an opportunity for participants to learn about the benefits of and techniques for the delivery of massage…all on their own! Through a combination of movements and stretches, self-massage increases blood flow to muscles, relieves pain and tension, and helps attendees relax and recharge.

No. Participants can still join the class as the instructor will suggest alternatives that allow for the practice of self-massage with just the use of one’s hands.
This class does not require any prior experience to enjoy the health benefits of self-massage, including increased blood flow to muscles, relief of pain and tension, and the opportunity to relax and recharge.
The total class time is 60 minutes. This includes an instructor introduction, practice of self-massage, and answering of any participant questions.
