This class features a blend of meditation and yin yoga, offering both relaxation and rejuvenation to bring balance to the mind and body. Yin yoga targets deep tissues, promoting joint strength and flexibility and giving participants a restorative experience that actively relaxes the body, lowers heart rate, and calms the nervous system.

The instructor will provide step-by-step guidance as well as offer variations and verbal adjustments to cater to all experience levels.

No. For participants without certain pieces of equipment, the instructor will suggest alternatives that allow for the practice of yoga with just the use of one’s body.

The total class time is 45 minutes. This includes a mix of meditation, yin, and restorative styles of yoga, ending with a long savasana (final resting pose) to facilitate a deep state of relaxation.
