This class provides an opportunity for participants to learn about the benefits of and techniques for the delivery of massage…all on their own! Through a combination of movements and stretches, self-massage increases blood flow to muscles, relieves pain and tension, and helps attendees relax and recharge.

What Participants Need


Device (preferably computer for video sharing) with internet connectivity to join the event’s Zoom meeting


Yoga or exercise mat
2 tennis balls
Yoga block(s) or thick book(s)
1 mid-calf or longer sock

How It Works

Step 1

Participants join event via meeting link provided in registration email


Step 2

Instructor greets attendees and introduces the practice of self-massage, how it works, and class flow

Participants follow instructor’s verbal cues and self-massage demonstrations
