Targeting nerve endings in the hands and feet, massaging specific reflex points helps improve digestion, release tension, and boost circulation, while providing an opportunity for attendees to relax and recharge.

The total class time is 60 minutes. This includes an instructor introduction, practice of self-reflexology, and answering of any participant questions.
