Games

Family Feud

Participants play in teams, getting sent to breakout rooms after each question to guess the most popular answers to a series of Family Feud-style questions. The questions are designed to be fun to answer as well as inspire plenty of conversation among players.

Individual Trivia

Attendees of this game experience a nonstop trivia explosion! Players have 20 to 30 seconds for each question and receive points based on correct responses and speed. Between questions, participants get to interact, joke around, and marvel at the weird stuff other participants know. Participants can expect questions about movies, history, sports, music, and every other category you can imagine or questions can be customized upon request.

Movie/Music Bingo

This game takes bingo out of the church basement and adds some fun twists. Instead of calling out numbers like B5 or F2, the host plays clips from popular movies or songs, which participants use to fill in their bingo cards. Once a participant gets five in a row, bingo! Wellable tailors the clips used in the game to the appropriate age demographic of the audience.

Team Trivia

The goal of this game is to replicate pub trivia. Participants go to breakout rooms with their teams after each question, giving them the time to discuss and submit their answers as well as socialize. After teams submit their responses, answers are shared with the entire group, allowing for some healthy competition, celebration, and trash talk. Participants can expect questions about movies, history, sports, music, and every other category you can imagine or questions can be customized upon request.

Each session features a different writing technique and incorporates fun inspiration from current events, upcoming holidays, and more. Self-Care

Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves inserting very thin needles to various depths at specific points on the skin. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) posits that acupuncture can boost well-being and alleviate illnesses such as headaches, high blood pressure, and more. One of the basic tenets of TCM is that the body’s vital energy, qi (pronounced “chi”), flows through meridians, or pathways, in the human body. These meridians and energy flows are accessible through 350 acupuncture points in the body. Inserting needles into these points with appropriate combinations is said to bring the energy flow back into proper balance.

Acupuncture information tables entail a practitioner using a “dummy” of a foot, hand, or ear to showcase where needles go and how acupuncture works. The acupuncturist also explains the benefits of acupuncture and expectations of a session.

For acupuncture appointments, employees sign up online for individual, 10-minute sessions with a practitioner. Sessions will address acupuncture points on the ears and feet. A private area is recommended.

Aromatherapy
Stress and anxiety decrease immunity. This class teaches how to reduce stress and detoxify the body with essential oils in order to boost your immunity. During the class, participants make their very own stress reduction blend from the aromatherapy sample pack that will be shipped to them.

Massage Therapy
Licensed massage therapists administer onsite chair massages for employees. Chairs are provided for employee use. With employees fully clothed, therapists massage common areas of strain, such as backs, shoulders, necks, and wrists to offer pain relief and allow employees to relax.

Massage therapy information tables entail a massage therapist providing information about massage therapy, including how it works and its benefits. Additional information is also provided for continuing education on the benefits of massage therapy.

For chair massage appointments, employees sign up online for individual, 10- to 15-minute sessions. The massage therapist asks the employee if there are specific areas of focus and then proceeds with the brief session. A private area is recommended so that employees can relax during the chair massage.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a traditional medicine based on the principle that there are small and specific areas of innervation in the hands and feet that correspond to specific muscle groups or organs of the body. In this system, the nerve endings in the extremities provide a “map” to the rest of the body. In broad terms, reflexology is intended to reduce generalized stress and help the body achieve a state of deep relaxation and balance. During a typical session, individuals sit or recline with shoes and socks removed. Practitioners apply pressure in thumb-and-finger “walking” patterns on the hands and feet, gently stretching and massaging specific zones thought to correspond to body organs. Simple self-care instructions may be discussed at the completion of the session.

Reflexology information tables entail a practitioner providing information about reflexology, how it works, and its benefits.

For reflexology appointments, employees sign up online for individual, 10-minute sessions with a reflexologist. The practitioner describes what a typical session entails, asks if the client has any areas of concern, and then proceeds with the brief session. A private area is recommended so that employees can relax and focus on the session.

Reiki
Reiki is a form of alternative medicine whereby practitioners use their palms to transfer universal energy, or qi (pronounced “chi”), to a patient. Reiki sessions can help ease tension and stress, facilitating physical, mental, and emotional healing. Sessions are pleasant and relaxing. During a session, employees remove their shoes and lie on a massage table on their back or sit in a chair. Unlike in massage therapy, patients remain fully clothed (loose, comfortable clothing is suggested). A session can be hands-on, with a practitioner applying a light touch, or hands-off, with the practitioner holding their hands slightly above the body. If a client prefers not to be touched, they can indicate this to the practitioner before beginning or at any point during a session. The session will then proceed with the practitioner moving through specific standard Reiki hand positions beginning at the person’s head or feet.
