We are excited for you to offer an awesome experience for your team! Here’s everything you’ll need to know for the upcoming event.
This game is designed to give teams a chance to compete on the battlefield of random knowledge! An engaging host will bring the energy and challenge participants’ trivia knowledge with questions from every category under the sun to encourage teamwork and conversation through an interactive and intuitive experience.
Device (preferably computer for video sharing) with internet connectivity to join the event’s Zoom meeting
Another connected device or a separate browser tab to join team breakout rooms and submit answers
Step 1
Players join event via meeting link provided in registration email
Step 2
Game host provides ground rules and assigns teams
Step 3
Questions are presented to all participants in the communal meeting room
Step 4
After each question, teams meet in a breakout room to brainstorm (ample time is provided for players to connect and enjoy conversation)
Step 5
Players submit answers through a separate and user-friendly website (webpage and access code provided by the host)
Step 6
Teams convene for each answer reveal and presentation of final game standings
Please check your email for an Implementation Guide provided by your Customer Success Manager. This guide will help you promote the team-building event through a variety of materials designed to generate awareness and build excitement!
Upon registering, participants will receive a calendar invite that includes a link to join the game. Refer to the promotional materials in the event’s Implementation Guide for more details about the registration process.
Game host will assign teams at the start of the event. Team sizes will be based on the total number of participants.
Questions, grouped into categories, span topics like movies, history, sports, music…and every other category imaginable! The element of surprise keeps the game exciting.
The total game time is 60 minutes. This includes outlining rules, setting up teams, and announcing winners.
If use of a secondary connected device without VPN is not possible, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Registration for the game closes when the event begins.
