No. For participants without certain pieces of equipment, the instructor will suggest alternatives that allow for the practice of yoga with just the use of one’s body.
The total class time is 30 minutes. This includes a flow sequence that features standing poses, balancing postures, core work, and a relaxing wind-down ending with savasana (final resting pose).
