Zumba combines dynamic dance and aerobic movements with energetic and rhythmic music. Participants experience choreography-infused dance styles including hip hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, and mambo, along with squats and lunges for added toning and sculpting. Led by a lively instructor, this heart-pumping workout is designed for participants to sweat, laugh, and have a blast!

This class does not require prior Zumba experience to enjoy its health benefits, including a full-body workout, a boost in mood and energy, and increased endurance. The instructor will provide step-by-step guidance as well as offer variations and adjustments to cater to all experience levels.
The total class time is 45 minutes. This includes aerobic dance and fitness movements that combine both slow and fast rhythms to tone and sculpt the body.
