Barre

Based on the principles of Lotte Berk and Pilates, barre is a high-energy, safe, and effective workout appropriate for all fitness levels and ages. This class uses body weight and high repetition to sculpt and condition the entire body. This class is performed to fun, upbeat music. No barre is required as instructors can use anything from a chair to a wall to incorporate barre exercises into a workout.

Boot Camp

This class focuses on all major muscle groups and is designed to strengthen and condition the entire body. Particular attention is paid to form and safety to ensure that each participant gets a great workout regardless of fitness level or age. This all-level class is designed to be the ultimate team building experience, blending effective workouts and fun games.

Cardio Kickboxing

This cardio kickboxing class works the upper body, lower body, and core while moving to the beat of the music. New combinations are created each week to keep classes fresh and each combination is broken down to be easy to learn, follow, and execute. The class includes a warm up, a series of combinations, and ends with core work and cool down. All classes are adaptable to individual fitness levels, so all ages and fitness levels are welcomed and encouraged!

Meditation

This class is designed to give participants an opportunity for some quiet relaxation and calmness within their day! Meditation is a simple and effective approach to training and quieting the mind for a period of time to build awareness, attention, and relaxation.

Pilates

Based on the principles of Joseph Pilates and functional movement, these classes are designed so anyone can participate, regardless of their age, fitness level, or physical limitations. The core is the central part of the body and strengthening it helps to prevent injuries. Pilates is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture as well as enhance mental awareness.

Restorative Yoga

This class includes a mix of meditation, yin, and restorative styles of yoga. Yin yoga gently stretches the deep connective tissues surrounding muscles, organs, and bones, particularly around the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Yin yoga keeps joints strong and lubricated, helping to retain range of motion during aging. Restorative yoga is an "active relaxation" that strengthens the parasympathetic nervous system, lowering heart rate, blood pressure, and stimulating the immune system to reduce the effects of stress-related diseases. The class ends with a long savasana to facilitate entering a deep state of relaxation.

Stretch

This class will lead participants through a series of gentle movements designed to keep their muscles flexible, strong, and healthy! Stretching on a regular basis helps improve muscle tone and flexibility, alleviate pain, prevent injury, and calm the mind.

Tai Chi

This class is designed to give participants an opportunity to exercise both their mind and body through relaxing movement! Known as "meditation in motion," tai chi is a low impact, slow motion exercise consisting of a series of continuous motions, focusing on the breath and bodily sensations.

Vinyasa Yoga

This class provides an opportunity for participants to cultivate balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance through a variety of poses and core isolation. The process of connecting breath to fluid movements and postures will leave participants feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!

Zumba

Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included for additional body sculpting conditioning. Fun and energetic instructors boost energy while leading a well-rounded, heart-pumping workout designed to make employees sweat, laugh, and have fun!
