Danielle's healthy weight journey gives her a solid foundation for her health coaching practice. She believes in a balanced, sustainable approach encompassing both mind and body. By more than a decade of experience working with both in-person and virtual clients, she has learned to focus on the external changes necessary as well as the psychological factors assisting in behavior change.
Outside of health coaching and fitness training, Danielle has a huge passion for her own fitness and movement in general. She truly believes movement is therapy. Whether it's walking her dog Sophie or pushing herself through her workouts, she's always moving around and spending time outdoors.
